For NHS Subscription, the Shipping, Refund and Cancellation policy is as below:
Refund Policy NHS Membership Fee:
NHS Membership fee or any other payment made towards NHS membership or related benefits and services i.e. Tournaments, Green Fee at NHS associated clubs etc., once paid is non-refundable. Basic NHS Fee Subscriptions are billed on a yearly (except where the member has opted for a multiple year term), recurring basis and are payable in advance of the subscription period with no refunds. All NHS Fee Subscriptions are non-transferable.
- By purchasing an NHS Subscription, you authorize us to keep your subscription current by charging your Credit/Debit card or account the subscription fee until you discontinue your NHS Subscription.
- To discontinue future billings of your subscription, follow the ‘Your Account’ link displayed on each Web site page when you are signed in. NHS organizers reserve the right to limit the number of Club accounts that may be charged to a particular, Credit/Debit card or other account.
Shipping of NHS membership card:
The NHS member will be provided access to the NHS thru a membership number which will be conveyed to the member thru an email to the email address provided by the member at the time of registration. It is the responsibility of the member to maintain correctness of all account related information on the site in your account section/page after you login.
- The NHS membership card will be delivered to the member within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of membership fee and completed membership form at the NHS office/branch/affiliate. The member can access the status of his membership thru his/her membership account on igunhs.com or thru an email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or by contacting the helpline number available on the igunhs.com website.
Cancellation of NHS Membership:
The golfers can choose to cancel his NHS membership service anytime, however no refund will be given.
